Shipping: We offer shipping to all locations within the United States, Canada and UK. Orders are typically processed within 3-4 business days and Shipping can take up two weeks depending on location (All orders are print on demand please allow up to 14 business days for delivery). We offer standard shipping only. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays in shipping due to weather, carrier issues, or other factors outside of our control.

Returns: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization number. Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition and packaging. If it meets our requirements, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receiving the item. We will work with you to provide a replacement or a refund.

Cancellation: You will have 24 hours if you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If your order has not been processed yet, we will cancel the order and provide you with a refund. If your order has already been processed, you will need to follow our returns policy.
